Meat Grinder
The starting point of texture. Consistent grinding gives the sausage its bite and helps the mix bind evenly later on.
- Grinds pork, chicken or beef efficiently
- Uniform particle size for better texture
- Easy to clean and maintain
A small-scale Thai sausage factory replaced semi-manual production with a customized five-station line — grinder, mixer, stuffer, linker and smoker — built to local power standards and commissioned without a day of lost output.
Thailand's food processing sector has been expanding fast. To stay competitive, local manufacturers are moving away from semi-manual sausage making toward automatic equipment that delivers stable output, uniform size and food-grade processing.
Our customer runs a small-scale sausage factory. His existing machines could no longer keep up with orders, and the inconsistency between batches was starting to show at the retail level. He contacted us looking for an upgrade — not just a single machine, but a workable process.
What he needed was a layout that fit an existing building, a voltage setup that matched the local grid, and a line that could grow with demand. That became the brief for the project.
Instead of selling a single machine, we configured a complete sausage making system around the customer's product mix and floor space.
Building a new sausage line? Send us your product type and daily target — we'll propose the station list and layout.
Every station was chosen for a specific job in the process — no oversized equipment, no missing link.

The starting point of texture. Consistent grinding gives the sausage its bite and helps the mix bind evenly later on.

The heart of the line. Precise filling keeps weight per link even and drives air out, so casings stay tight after cooking.

Where manual labour drops the most. Linking and twisting run automatically, giving every link the same length for packing.

An optional finishing stage that opens the door to smoked sausage products without sending goods to a third party.
The sausage mixer sits between the grinder and the stuffer — its job is to blend meat, spices and additives evenly so flavour and colour stay identical from batch to batch, with optional vacuum mixing to improve protein extraction.
Every parameter below was agreed with the customer before production — capacity and layout are always project-specific.

Need your own configuration sheet? Tell us the products and output you're targeting — we'll confirm models and voltage.
A repeatable export process, so the customer knew what happened at every stage.
We reviewed the product range, daily target, building size and available power supply, then proposed a machine list and floor arrangement that fit the existing factory.
Machines were produced in SUS304 and assembled as a line, then tested together before shipment — so faults are found in our plant, not in the customer's.
Packed for sea freight with English documentation, shipped to Thailand and cleared with the paperwork prepared for the line.
Installation guidance, operation training by video or online session, and following technical support by our engineers.
One line, several product types — switched by filling tubes and settings rather than by buying new equipment.
Exporting the machine is the easy part. Keeping it running is what the customer actually buys.

Send the product, the capacity per hour and the market. We will come back with a process, a machine list and a price.
